My aim is to provide a supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect, & feel more at ease in yourself.
Yoga Classes
My yoga teaching style is a blend of Hatha & Kundalini yoga, with breath work (pranayama) & meditation woven through the practice.
I bring a focus on restoring balance, releasing tension & gently building energy.
For me, yoga is more than movement. It’s a practice that supports the whole of your life.
Whether you come for strength, calm, connection, or simply a moment of space in your day, you are welcome.

Yoga Classes OM Shed
These classes are held within my private 'OM Shed' they are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of just two students per session, creating a peaceful, calm and welcoming environment.
This allows me to offer more individual guidance, personalised adjustments and closer support throughout the practice where needed. Giving students the opportunity to move, breathe and practice in a calm and supportive setting.
90 mins £15
If you would prefer a larger group class setting, you are welcome to attend my classes at Old Park Meadow.


Private Classes
Private sessions are one-to-one & tailored to you.
We work at your pace, using movement, breath & stillness to support your body & mind.
Sessions can be grounding, strengthening or deeply restorative, depending on what you need.
Private 1:1 sessions are £45
