My yoga teaching style is a blend of the grounding traditions of Hatha Yoga, the energising practices of Kundalini & the healing power of Pranayama & Meditation.

I believe in living close to nature & honouring the organic rhythms of the body, & I bring this into my classes with a focus on restoring balance, releasing tension, & awakening fresh energy.

For me, yoga is more than movement—it’s a holistic practice that touches every part of life. Whether you come to the mat seeking strength, calm, spiritual connection, or simply a moment of peace in a busy day, my aim is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can relax, restore, revitalise, & renew.
