My Wednesday Evening Meditation offers a calm & welcoming space where you can step away from the busyness of daily life & experience stillness, clarity & relaxation. These guided sessions are suitable for both beginners & those with meditation experience.

Through gentle breathing, practices, guided meditiations & quiet reflection, you will learn simple techiques to calm the mind, release tension & cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace.
