Over the years, Louise's Hatha based yoga classes and retreats have helped me feel more balanced, flexible and strong, and have been a welcoming presence for my wellbeing, both physically and mentally.
Louise has a wealth of knowledge and experience and truly practices what she teaches. Her sessions are well organised and thoughtful, combining Yoga, breath-work and meditation, making each class both grounding and enjoyable.
I took part in her retreat in Spain, in a beautiful setting and came back feeling completely recharged. The vegan food was amazing and the whole experience was truly nourishing for body and mind.

I have been practicing yoga with Lou for many years. Her classes are welcoming with a lovely balance of stretching, breathing techniques, yoga poses and some amazing relaxations. You leave feeling totally refreshed. Lou is very personable and will help give guidance on how to adjust poses for your individual ability.
Lou is also a fountain of knowledge regarding general lifestyle and holistic health advice which I have valued and used often. Her yoga retreats are such enjoyable weekends and the food is wonderfully delicious!!

I've been practising yoga with Louise for 10 years now, regularly attending her classes. I get so much out of them both physically and mentally.
Louise is a very kind, patient and professional teacher, she accommodates all levels of ability. Classes are my escape from busy life, allowing me to switch off and focus on myself. I've taken a lot of what i've learnt in class into everyday life which helps with stress and anxiety. And physically, yoga classes have helped with my aches and pains, improving my flexibility. I would recommend Louise's classes to anyone.
