About me
I am a qualified Level 4 Diploma Teacher of Yoga, Pranayama, & Meditation, Trained by the British Wheel of Yoga, & a Reiki Practitioner, I been sharing these transformative practices since 2009. I am also a qualified Sound Therapist, working with the therapeutic vibrations of singing bowls & sound to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, & emotional balance.
Alongside this I am a IIN Nutritional Health Coach, Trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York (2019). Specialising in Women's Health Support, with particular focus on the Perimenopause/Menopause transition and immune system health, and working with the impact of stress & trauma on the body.
My journey into teaching began from a deep personal connection with yoga, it became a tool not only for physical wellbeing but also for emotional balance, spiritual growth & navigating life’s challenges.
From yoga, this path has naturally evolved into health & holistic wellbeing, shaped by lived experience & deep understanding of how the body holds stress & change.
I now gently combine yoga, breath work, meditation, reiki healing, creating a deeply restorative experience designed to regulate the nervous system and support the body through stress & transition.
